Each team member commits to continuous self-improvement through customized continuing education programs and a curriculum designed to meet a building’s needs. Regulatory compliance is always a training priority. After an initial personnel evaluation by HEO, a curriculum is established for each employee that best suits the particular facility. This plan will become a permanent part of the employee’s personnel record. Progress along this curriculum will be monitored frequently and adjustments will be made if necessary.
